1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Catalogador ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Catalogador is a catalog management web application that allows users to organize and track collections of various media types, including but not limited to books, movies, music, and games.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are displayed including applicable taxes.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.
5. EU Consumer Rights
5.1 Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the subscription start date without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or through your account settings).
5.2 Refunds
If you exercise your withdrawal right within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
5.3 Waiver of Withdrawal Right
If you expressly request that the service begins immediately during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, you waive your right of withdrawal.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalogador shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. For EU consumers, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
